Todd has spent the majority of his career working in the public sector – first with the Canadian Armed Forces, then assuming larger and more complex roles including the General Manager of Parks and Recreation in the City of Medicine Hat, and the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Diamond Valley. His in-depth understanding of public policy, governance and the municipal sectors, and his various roles on non-profit boards qualify him to see the critical pieces that make municipalities, non-profits, and recreation agencies successful.

Éliane earned her bachelor’s Degree from Université Laval, and her MBA in Global Business from the University of Louisville, Panama Campus. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) she worked as a Global Project Manager at Procter & Gamble. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Calgary
Originally from the Montreal region, her career has taken her to many places including the United States, Central America, and the Middle East.
Fluent in three languages, Éliane has a Swim Coach certification and enjoys serving on Boards – most recently as a board member for the High River Hospital Foundation, the United Way, and a women's shelter in the Calgary region.

Corinne is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba. She has more than 20 years of accounting, finance and risk management experience in the municipal, non-profit, and private sectors, and most notably, was a key finance liaison for the amalgamation negotiations of the Towns of Black Diamond and Turner Valley. Corinne is passionate about all areas related to the finance function, but what sets her apart is her belief in working closely with the operations departments to achieve business objectives.

Noreen has over 35 years in Municipal Services including roles such as Manager of Public Engagement and Communications and Chief Administrative Officer. She holds a Master's Certificate in Municipal Leadership, a CPA (Certified Professional Accountant), a Certificate in Local Government Municipal Administration, and a Certificate in Public Participation. She has worked with multiple departments, senior leadership, and Council directly regarding communication needs, public engagement, strategic planning, and legislative issues, probing their needs and enabling change.
Noreen was the President of the IAP2 (International Association for Public Participation) for almost five years, enabling travel to Indonesia, Australia, Germany, and England to assist with public participation standards around the world. She is currently a returning Board member for the IAP2 Wild Rose Chapter board. She has a passion for enabling people to ‘have a say’ in decisions that impact their lives – the foundation for public participation!
Noreen values community involvement and has a vast volunteer background, including leading a community group to design, construct, and ultimately operate a regional recreation facility in north Calgary, leading the Learning Disabilities Association of Alberta – Calgary Chapter, as well as a Board member for several non-profit organizations.

Heather brings 30+ years of administration background with the last 10 years as an accomplished municipal administration professional. During Heather’s time in the municipal sector, she has served as Legislative Services Manager and Chief Administrator Officer. Heather is currently serving a second term as a Town Councilor and possesses a hard-to-find blend of political and administrative experience.
Her lifetime in the country and heavy community involvement gives her deep insight into the needs and aspirations of the rural community. She's not a bad curler either!

Scott holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and is a Certified Executive Coach. He has spent 35+ years working in public sector emergency services and leadership roles in Ontario and Alberta. During his time in federal, provincial, and municipal government roles, he has focused on developing and implementing crisis and emergency plans, developing leaders, and ensuring the resilience and sustainability of government. He is passionate about creating resilience in communities and organizations in the public and private sectors through the facilitation of training, coaching, and mentoring.
Scott has been a volunteer board member for the past eight years and is the current Past President of the Board of the International Association of Emergency Managers in Canada.

Christina Benty is a strategist and human systems change agent. She works with leaders and organizations who want to build a culture of excellence in group process. She is a national speaker, facilitator, published author, and a performance coach for governing bodies and senior management teams.
Christina has more than 20 years of extensive experience in policy and governance, including two terms as mayor for the Town of Golden, one term on the Audit Council for the BC Auditor General for Local Government, and as principal consultant at Strategic Leadership Solutions.

Christine brings 20+ years of experience working in an office environment, bookkeeping, and administrative support. She has taken some time off in the last 10 years to focus on raising her two boys. In that time, she actively volunteered in her boys’ school, worked part-time, and supported her family in all aspects.

Strategic planning, economic development/tourism, marketing, and communications
Chris Fields has a master’s degree in environmental design (Urban and Strategic Planning) from the University of Calgary, and a BA (Honors with Distinction) from the University of Alberta. Chris’ policy, strategy and marketing work has been recognized by 37 provincial, national, and international awards. He is also a professional speaker who has spoken at more than fifty conferences with a mission to answer the question: What if communities could achieve the exceptional?
In 2004, Chris formed his consultancy-Rynic- which is focused on strategic planning, economic development/tourism, marketing, and communications, including brand development and management. Chris has led collaborative strategic planning, branding, and marketing initiatives with 60 different communities.
